This average-terrestrial skin has a close encounter with greatness, but ultimately falls short on what could’ve been an incredible Legendary skin. Heimer morphs into an impressive looking alien with an enlarged, Mars Attacks- style cranium—but the lack of custom sounds or animations (aside from new laser-gun turrets) keep this skin grounded.

PiltOver CustOms blitzCrank This pimped-out ride is just plain awesome. Ditching his usual chassis for some new wheels, an eight exhaust engine, and some flame decals, Bliztcrank looks ready to tear up the road. To complement the body mods, Blitzcrank’s sporting new sounds on top of his regular voiceover, where he honks and peels out. If you love playing Blitzcrank, this skin will really get your engine going.

With dual popped-collar polo shirts, a beer helmet, and a pair of axes crafted from Graggy Ice boxes, he’s practically a clone of the campus douchebag. In the sound department, Brolaf provides plenty of entertaining one-liners that’ll bring you back to your college days. If you play Olaf and proclaim yourself Broceiden, King of the Brocean, pick this bro-mazing skin up.

astrOnaut teemO That’s one small step for Summoners, one giant leap for Yordle-kind. Not only does Teemo get a special ow-gravity walking animation, but all his voiceovers ound like Neal Armstrong broadcasting from the moon. To sweeten this galactic goodie, Teemo now fires lasers and drop satellites instead of mushrooms. This paced-out skin is top- notch, and any serious Teemo player should con- sider buying it.
